Just a day or two after ordering we discovered our current underlay was in perfect condition and they were more than helpful in refunding the cost for the underlay we had ordered. Fitting was done in just a few days and the carpet looks and feels great. Exactly what we wanted. Would recommend to friends, family and our clients.
