- A Google User Review added: 2018.05.12★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We visited this place recently with our young son (toddler). The facilities are pretty good, if a little run down. The worst thing about the place is the staff. The cafe staff are downright miserable bordering on rude. They actually remind me of Carol from Little Britain. The receptionist was also poor. It's just their tone and 'I don't really like kids' attitude. We spoke to other mothers at the place whilst we were there and they said the same thing. A smile and friendly service costs nothing! It was also cold inside and the food was unhealthy. They could at least have one or two healthy options.
I'm fed up with places like this where the service is awful. Customers have the power to vote with their feet so that places like this improve customer service. We will not return.
